Municipal Citizen Charter Management Committee (MCCMC) First Meeting in Kandahar

January 09, 2019 - Municipal Citizen Charter Management Committee (MCCMC) held a meeting in Kandahar City, which was attended by acting mayor of Kandahar, representatives from relevant directorates, PMU manager, OC manager, Representatives  of Facilitating Partner (FP), Chairpersons and members of CDC’s and Gozars.

At the beginning of the meeting, Kandahar acting mayor provided information on CCNPP to the participants and expressed his happiness about the program. Later, Kandahar PMU manager talked about terms of references (ToR) of MCCMC. He added, MCCMC meeting may be held every three months in order to address issues which are to be discovered via CC scorecards.  

After that, FP provincial head shared education and health related issues which were found out through scorecards, and the relevant representatives promised not to spare any support to resolve the mentioned issues.

Also, CDC’s and Gozars chairpersons talked about their issues in the field while the participants promised to resolve the issues very soon.
