Urban CCAP PIU General Director visit CCAP Provincial Office of Mazar-e- Sharif

Engineer Mohammad Najib Amiri, CCAP PIU General Director and Mr. Mohammad Hamed Amiri CCAP Senior Financial Adviser visited CCAP provincial office of Mazar-e- Sharif on Tuesday morning.
 

During the meeting, Mr. Amiri general director of the program expressed his satisfaction and content and appreciated continued efforts and hard works of the CCAP provincial office staff and asked them for serious consideration to monitor project implementation.

Mr. Hamed Amiri also appreciated efforts of CCAP provincial office staff and had a comprehensive speech on financial issues and provided satisfactory answers to the questions raised by the staff in this regard.

During the meeting, Ms. Fariba Sharif Ahmadi , the Mazar PMU Head welcomed the authorities of the program and briefly described the workflow, achievements, activities and challenges of the program, and finally appreciated efforts and support of the program’s director .
 

At the end of the meeting, questions and problems of the staff were answered individually and concluded with Mr. Amiri's closing remarks.

It is worth mentioning that the following topics were discussed and agreed upon in the meeting.

1. Entry of documents’ data to the database by the end of October
2. More focus on monitoring of projects for the purpose of capacity building
3. Starting women's livelihood projects as soon as possible
4. Coordination and cooperation of community mobilizer with the monitoring and evaluation Team of the provincial office.
5. Conducting coordination meetings between FP’s and staff members of CCAP provincial Office.
