Second Provincial Citizen’s Charter Management Committee Meeting

Mazar Sharif Provincial Management Unit conducted its second Provincial Citizen’s Charter Management Committee meeting chaired by Balkh deputy governor and  relevant sectorial departments, representatives of facilitating partners, GAs chairpersons and influential persons of Mazar Sharif attended.

The Meeting begun with opening remarks by Mr. Shuja-Uddin Shuja deputy governor of Balkh province and later on Ms. Fariba Sharif Ahmadi head of Citizen’s Charter provincial management unit presented her comprehensive speech on the last two years’ achievements, challenges of the program and expressed the problems that are obstacles to achieving the development goals of the program.
 

Subsequently, Mr. Lutfullah Safi responsible for the rural Citizen’Charter program spoke about the activities of the program at village level. Afterward, representatives of the CDCs and GAs talked on the activities and positive changes they have noticed in their cities and villages and shared the problems they are facing with to the relevant sectorial departments.
Following the meeting, members of PCCMC sectorial committees were selected and had face to face talks with CCAP heads of sectorial committees.
At the end, the meeting was wrapped up by the Deputy Director of Rural Development Department of Mazar-e-Sharif and Mr. Gul Mohammad Erkin, Deputy of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality. In the closing statement,   Mr. Shuja -Uddin Shuja once again emphasized on better and further coordination and cooperation of sectorial institutions with the Citizens’ Charter National Priority Program.
