Current coverage under phase one,two and three on the project focuses on the poorest and most underserved districts, covering districts in all 34 provinces of the country, as well as the cities of Herat, Jalalabad, Kandahar, and Mazar-e-Sharif. Until 2026 all communities across Afghanistan will be covered.
